A soon-to-be-16-year-old's new hobby.

My goal as a 16-year-old kid is to be an amateur of the sky specifically the stars in the sky.  I want to continue my poppskie/father and I's favorite hobby, to stargaze.  And here goes to level up a bit.

Fairfarren Summer!

Before Summer went bye-bye... We did great things to be remembered.

#1. Farewell-ish picnic

Yup, -ish. We played "Dare or Dare", where we need to do nonsensical dares from our beloved mates.  It was fun and lots of fooooood were prepared for us.  I hope next time, our precious guests will be there already. 

#2. Flores De Mayo

Of course, I am annually part of the Santacruzan and Katapusan. But the best part of being a part of such events was being able to celebrate with Mother Mary by helping others through her month and participating her festival even though I have a busy time preparing for my senior year.

#3. Sky Lanterns

Had the last minute chance to be part of history! Yeah, proud to say that. hehehe.  15,185 lanterns were released into the sky last 24th of May year 2013 in UPV Miag-ao.  Beat the record of Romania where 12,740 lanterns were released into the sky. I wish I'm with my Eugene Fitzherbert aka Flynn Ryder there! Just kiddin'.

We have the most amazing moments of our lives when we are with the ones we love and leaving all these memories to our Almighty. It was a SUMMER to remember. School is near dear blog, I hope you'll be able to understand me, you know what I mean. ;) I have dreams to chase and I hope I can chase them. =)

Singapura 2K13

The most tiring yet amazing vacation ever!

So, where are we? Okay, last April 27-May 7, 2013 I went to Singapore with my cousins and tita for vacation.  It was a gift to me by my parents, so yeah. Well, anyways many crazy things happened there and guess what? I gained 3 kilos! I blame the food there (obviously)! It was a 10-day vacation and probably the longest vacation of my life (for now) outside the country. The first was Hong Kong, we were 4 days there but it was also worth it. 

Why it was the most tiring vacay ever for me?

*First, I gained so I cannot carry myself well.

*Second, my cousins were fast-walkers.

*Third, I'm too lost.

*Fourth, things around were too attractive.

*Fifth, internet was very seductive (very fast connection).
*Sixth, hassle bag.
*Seventh, bus stops; mrts; and taxis
*Eight, the highway was a thousand miles away from condo.
*Ninth, 29th floor.
*Tenth, Delicious foods (aaaah food!).
*Eleventh, not enough money.
*Twelfth, Overpass.
*Thirteenth, Universal Studios esp. The Mummy
*Fourteenth, Adventure Cove esp. Riptide Rocket
*Fifteenth, Luge.
*Sixteenth, Segway.
*Seventeenth, Chinatown.
*Eighteenth, Cable Car.
*Nineteenth, Sentosa.
*Twentieth, I forgot the others.

It was a superdupercalihfragilisticexpialidocious vacay! I will surely miss our everyday ritual: the punching of cards. Looking forward to be back in the Lion City soon! lewl. ;D

I had the chance to swim with Hailey, Loki, Zack and Tonka. Don't know who are they? They're my first loves and a flicker of my wildest dreams. Even though it was just approximately one hour with them but still I swear, that moment... I'm in love. hahaha lol. Well, actually they are dolphins, Hailey, Loki  and Zack are but Tonka is a false killer whale.  My sweat was all paid off because it was a dream come true.  I thank my parents for letting me enjoy the opportunity and HIM for letting me reach my dreams. =)

That day, everything was perfect... It was like I am in front of a wall reaching for the stars behind it.  It was kinda impossible, right? But do you believe in miracles? Because if you'll ask me... I do, and I have witnessed a lot. A LOT. It is a miracle for me to reach the stars behind the wall, and miracle, as what they say, is another name for hard work.

For me, dolphins are representation of beauty, and kindness. Even though some of them were victims of man's cruelty, they still tend to lend a pectoral fin for us. Isn't that a wake up call for some of us? Isn't it a realization that a "rumba-rumba" like them are still there, ready to love us?  I hope all of us will be like them that no matter how cruel the love we have, true love still stands out.

Well, enough of such reflection let me introduce to you mah ocean friends! =D

2013 Starters

Hey blog! It's been a while since I've posted an article and I blame my busy schedule for that.... Nah I love cramming. Lol, oh well, here I am blogging again because it's summer! Yeah, and it's approximately a 3-month vacation... That's why I love my school. loL. Anyways, if you mind what happened to me last January and February well I can say so much things happened...

January
Last January, we had our 3-day Immersion in bgy. Sinubsuban, Maasin, Iloilo. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my High School life. My teammates were Kyle, Isah and Stan. I was the Team leader and they were my responsibilities but I think what happened was the opposite.... I was their responsibility. Hahaha you know me, stubborn... Outgoing and never said no.
We have been so thankful to our very hospitable foster family for keeping us. In our stay we were the ones who cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for them. (I thank my mom for teaching me how to cook LOL).
There was a time, a moment, a memoir of that activity that struck me the most... but I will not tell you because I'll make a short story about it, don't worry I'll make sure it will be worth waiting for. ;)

February, the month of love... Wait, what? Love? Falling in love? Huh, I'm sorry dearie but it's not in my vocabulary anymore, I'm moving on to the next chapter... No crush, no idols, no love... Just havin' fun and enjoyin' life. Why? It is because I'm tired of waiting for someone who doesn't even care about my effin' feelings. (c)Cous lels
Enough with the drama.. Hahaha The most highlight of this month was the Junior-Senior Promenade 2013. It was my second to the last JS and my first time. It was a night to remember.

I thought going home to Antique will be another boring vacation.. well, it was only a thought.

23rd of December Year 2012

It was hectic thou, first thing in the morning of the 23rd of December, I need to finish the very important thing... THE PROGRAM for the evening activity--"Mess" Gay Nanxong 2012, but I can't finish it agad-agad because I will have to document the grand parade for facebook purposes, yes my friend you read it, Facebook purposes. hahaha!  It was simple yet it was GRAND! (say whut Vam?).  The documentation was also done for the OFWs from our Barangay to really go home and visit their hometown once in awhile to witness this kind of event that will surely treasure their memory. 

Fortunately, I'd finished the program before the activity started. wew! =___= 

The said event was a BLAST! I mean KABOOM!  You'll surely get a stomachache after. From the production number to the summer dress to the casual dress to the talent portion to the gown and to the interview... I was just laughing REALLY HARD Why do I say so? you'll know when you see this:

24th of December Year 2012

 It was the most unique Christmas night I'd ever imagined, instead of enjoying Noche Buena, we yaga-yaga nalang (lagaw-lagaw).  Like this oh:

What happened Tita Pato? Taman rn gd kaputot mu ra nga di kaw makita? lol (what happened Tita Pato? Are you that short that's why we can't see you? lol)

And yeah, we're the only people who were tambay that time, hahaha and we were noisy.. as you can see?  The noise we had was just equivalent to the noise of people yelling in a Liga. Yeaaaah, that's how we roll! hahaha of course we also had our Noche Buena when we got home. ;)

28th of December Year 2012

We had our Family Reunion and I am simply speechless to the joy it brought to the whole family (Mother's side). Though we are not complete, we still felt their presence because of the presents they had packaged us.




No matter how far we go, these memories will surely make us who we are right now.  The things that make us smile even though how simple or Bonggacious it is, it will matter because it will forever leave a mark here------> <3
